All content on the DynaAdvance website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, design layouts, and software, is the property of DynaAdvance or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

 

1. Ownership of Content

Unless otherwise stated, all materials on this website are owned or licensed by DynaAdvance. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or perform any content without prior written permission from DynaAdvance.

 

2. User-Generated Content

  • DynaAdvance is a text-only platform. Uploading or attempting to upload images, videos, or files is prohibited.

  • By submitting text-based content to DynaAdvance, you affirm that you own the rights to the content or have permission from the rightful owner.

  • You grant DynaAdvance a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote that content on our platform.

  • Users are fully responsible for any content they submit and agree to indemnify DynaAdvance against any claims of copyright infringement.

 

3. Copyright Infringement Claims (DMCA Compliance)

If you believe that any material on DynaAdvance infringes upon your copyright, please contact us at dynaadvance@gmail.com with the following information:

  1. Your full name and contact details.

  2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

  3. The exact location (URL) of the infringing material.

  4. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

 

4. Counter-Notification Process

If your content has been removed due to a copyright complaint and you believe this removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notice to dynaadvance@gmail.com that includes:

  1. Your full name and contact details.

  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.

  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.

  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location, and that you accept service of process from the complainant.

If a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the material unless the complainant files a legal action within 10 business days.

 

5. Repeat Infringers

DynaAdvance reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

 

6. Policy Updates

We may update this Copyright Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top will be updated whenever changes are made.
